There is very little competition in our industry in the Yelm area and is recession resistent. 

We have a number of clients on an automatically billed monthly maintenance plan with a 2-year contract and our clients include both residential and commercial for a well-diversified income base. 

We have an excellent reputation in the local community and because of the nature of our work we are able to set our own schedule (giving ourselves time off for all events).

We've decided to sell our business.  We have other sources of income, two small children and other interests.  It's time for us to change neighborhoods and pass on what we've created to you.

We are not offering owner-financing so only serious inquiries from financially qualified prospects will be considered.  The equipment included in the sale may be used by the buyer to secure a commercial loan for a portion of the purchase price (but this is not an option for E-2 Visa applicants).

We are NOT attorneys, but have worked with students in the past who came here with E-2 Visa status.  You should consult with an immigration attorney if you will use the purchase of our business to qualify for your E-2 Visa.

Basically, you must invest a "significant" amount in a U.S. business which "contributes to the U.S. economy" and which employs at least one U.S. citizen.  You must renew your visa every couple of years, so the business must remain viable.  Purchasing an established business is looked upon more favorably than starting up a business for purposes of this visa.
